Blissfully unaware

It's been a blissful haze these few days as I mentally check off the last minute things to tend to. I wasn't even aware that I only had three more work days to go cause I have been so focused on how many sleeps we have to the day!

Anyways, I would highly recommend to everyone to stagger your honeymoons after your weddings because I am so unfrazzled at work eventhough I am taking off to get married. Mainly because I know I will be back in the office soon enough to sort things out after the wedding. All the stress you'd usually feel handing over all the work is alleviated somewhat. I don't even have to stress about packing for the honeymoon cause I can just focus on wedding stuff for now and worry about that in three weeks time.

Hence the lackluster effort to note the business as usual details. And the unfazed condition I am in whilst S starts to stress because he unlike me have not bothered to plan the wedding out before today. Hehe!

I have decided on the wedding jewelry:
Pearls for the white dress

And these earrings for the reception dress:

Last bits of DIY

One would think that this close to the wedding the creative juices might stop flowing, but the thrifty bride in me is still grumbling over just how much things are in Wedding land.

This week I got out the craft box again and attempted to make the seating chart frame for the reception.

All it took was a thrift store frame for $11, the leftover pearls from the invitations and the lace I decorated the wishing well with. I think I am pleased with the results. S might think it too girly though maybe?

I also embellished the wishing well a bit more and now can decide which version I'd prefer.

Or this one?

Homage to shoes

My mind has been on shoes a lot for this wedding. I am not even a shoe person so this is weird for me. Anyways in my quest for the perfect wedding shoes, I swayed from affordable designer to just pretty. I am a sucker for labels but apparently also a sucker for glittery shoes.

So whilst I toyed with Dior which are just not really wedding shoes, but are my something blue and I already have posted here: Something blue and CL shoes(which I ended up returning) that are not the most comfortable posted here: Wedding shoes, and even considered these which were meant to be for my reception dress:

I am today, this far out from the wedding, still unsure off what shoes to wear to walk down the aisle with.

I went shoe shopping with the BMs yesterday and Myer had a sale on for Alan Pinkus shoes! Droool-worthy! I couldn't justify buying another pair of shoes though and the shoes I really liked were of course not on sale...but these are the shoes the girls are wearing to the Partay!

(MOH is wearing two pairs cause she couldn't make up her mind)

1) Tony Bianco's Hussey
2) Tony Bianco's Hansel
3) Couldn't find the exact last shoe, but it looks something like this except its dusty pink and in satin and its not a wedge: Champagne ruffle shoe
4) MOH's second shoe:

I decided to go to a different Myer today to check out the shoe sale...and to my delight, I managed to pick up these babies!

I got them on 75% off and even S couldn't fault me for buying a good bridal shoe for a decent price! *Woot Woot*

More wedding stuff

Wow, this month's posts are off the charts! For my history anyways... perhaps its because there's so much more happening towards the end of the planning and two weeks out from the planning. Maybe its because I have just discovered instagram and have become snap happy... Either way, I have more wedding goodies in the way of paperstock to share!

Wedding Programs with ribbon to match the favours and designed to match the invites

The Table Name Cards for each table~There are two tables here
Printed behind the Table names

The Cootie Catchers!

Wedding Bands Finally

They are just simply so gorgeous together!
And I am amazed at how close the ring sits with my E-ring! It didn't sit so well when the sizing was wrong, but this one is actually rather flush... eventhough there is still a gap in the pic when I was taking it. Anyways, Mama's got her bling! and She's happeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
