Being nice is when you go along when you know some one is wrong and not even mentioning it when you know they realize it and are backpedaling.
Being disappointed is when loved ones keep you from other loved ones because they think it may hurt you but it is over something you care about the least.
Lost is when you find out the truth and am not sure who to go against and who to please in order to make it alright again.
